That’s why we created an app that makes it easy to learn, invest, and sell cryptocurrencies—all in just one click.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing and Community team. This role will identify users’ needs, behavior and pain points in crypto investment via market research.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Market Research Support
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior
• Content & Asset Creation
  • Support in drafting marketing content such as FAQs, social media or CRM copy, and email campaigns
• User Insights & Feedback
  • Help gather user feedback from surveys, customer interviews, and customer support teams
  • Support in identifying product pain points or improvement opportunities from feedback
• Performance Tracking
• Monitor campaign metrics and product usage trends under supervision
• Help maintain marketing dashboards and reports
  
  

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Management, Communication, Linguistics, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; copywriting portfolio is a plus.
• Interest in visual design trends to help guide ad creative development.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum duration of 6 months.
• Strong problem-solving skills. Have the courage and creativity to think outside the box.
• Independent, well-organized and a self-starter who can push themselves to deliver results.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
• Having experience in Trading Crypto would be a big plus.
• Nice to have: Experience with Looker Studio or other dashboards
