We’re looking for a Finance and Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team, the mission of this role is to provide a seamless finance and tax operation, treasury management, assist in setting up SOP, and providing accountable financial reports for all stakeholders. This role is the subject matter expert for Pintu's finance, accounting, and tax initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be handling Pintu’s finance and accounting initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• General finance, accounting, and tax responsibilities:
• Maintain accounting journal, general ledger, trial balance, and financial statement for internal and external
• Maintain payment to vendors
• Maintain tax compliance
• Involved in budget/forecast and financial statement analysis
• Involved in dealing with the bank for treasury
• Involved in financial structure analysis for a commercial arrangement
• Setting up SOP related to finance, accounting and tax
• Liaise with Product, Enterprise, Engineering, and other departments in developing internal tools to automate work done
• Huge appetite to learn new things, especially related to cryptocurrency
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in supervising a team
• Experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting & Tax
• Having proven experience working in a crypto / financial industry/accounting firm
• Ability to inspire, motivate and create trust
• Ability to address problems
